Silver workshops in Sophie’s Brecon Beacons Studio
Sophie is a passionate teacher of the fine art of silversmithing, based in the Brecon Beacons.
A multidisciplinary artist, maker, and silversmith for over 25 years, she brings a wealth of experience and creativity to her work.
Sophie delights in sharing the joy of working with silver—harnessing the elemental force of fire and teaching ancient techniques for soldering and shaping metal into beautiful rings and jewellery.
Join her to be inspired by the magic, mystery, and beauty of silver in a truly hands-on, creative experience, making Silver Rings, Stacking bands, Pendants or Bangles.
You don’t need any previous experience she will guide you through the process of soldering and forming, using simple age old procedures that will delight you.
Time spent in the studio is always so much more than a workshop!
Workshops:
3 hour group silver Stacking Band workshops, minimum of 3 student-£85 each
3 hour Stone Setting silver ring workshop, maximum of 2 students-£135 each for
3 hour silver Pendant making workshop, maximum of 2 students-£155 each
3 hour silver Bangle making workshop, maximum of 3 students-£185 each
